ABOUT ALAN BROAD

Alan Broad served for ten years as Assistant Attorney General of Michigan, and has extensive experience in state and federal administrative agencies, trial and appellate courts, focusing on small business, contracts, construction, insurance coverage, medical, transportation, professional negligence, tort, probate, trust and general civil litigation.

He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Litigation Section; the American Bar Association; and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.

He has negotiated million dollar settlements for his clients, managed complex commercial litigation in Federal trial and appellate courts in Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Indiana and Florida, as well as Puerto Rico and Mexico. Alan Broad has also lectured for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and has served for over 25 years as a neutral case evaluator for the Wayne County Mediation Tribunal.
